星典可接受使用政策 | Star Echo Decoder — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

本可接受使用政策（"AUP"）适用于所有使用星典（Star Echo Decoder）服务的用户，是《用户协议》（Terms of Service）的组成部分。使用本服务即表示您同意遵守本政策。 / This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Star Echo Decoder (the "Service") and forms part of the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy.

• NSFW / 成人内容：包括色情、露骨性内容等 / NSFW or adult content, including pornography and explicit sexual material
• 深度伪造 / 换脸内容：未经他人同意制作或传播的深度伪造、换脸、拟声内容 / Deepfakes or face-swap content, and impersonation media created without consent
• 暴力与伤害：宣扬、美化或教唆暴力、自残、伤害他人的内容 / Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, self-harm, or harm to others
• 仇恨言论：基于种族、民族、宗教、性别、性取向、残障等身份特征的仇恨、歧视或攻击性内容 / Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics
• 骚扰与霸凌：对他人进行骚扰、威胁、霸凌或泄露他人隐私的内容 / Harassment, threats, bullying, or doxxing of others
• 非法内容：任何违反适用法律法规的内容，包括但不限于诈骗、赌博、毒品、枪支、人口贩卖等相关内容 / Any illegal content, including but not limited to fraud, gambling, narcotics, weapons, and human trafficking
• 侵犯权利的内容：侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权的内容 / Content that infringes others' intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights

2. 禁止用途 | Prohibited Uses

您不得： / You must not:

• 将本服务用于任何违法或违规活动 / Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized activity
• 利用 AI 生成内容进行欺诈、冒充他人或误导他人 / Use AI-generated content to commit fraud, impersonate others, or mislead people
• 试图破坏、入侵、干扰本服务的运行、安全或完整性 / Attempt to compromise, hack, or disrupt the Service's operation, security, or integrity
• 通过自动化工具批量抓取、滥用本服务或规避使用限制 / Scrape, abuse, or circumvent usage restrictions via automated tools
• 转售或再分发本服务输出，除非获得明确授权 / Resell or redistribute Service outputs without explicit authorization

3. 用户承诺 | User Commitment

您同意并承诺： / You agree and commit that:

• 仅将本服务用于合法、正当的自我认知、人格分析与文化解读用途 / You will use the Service only for lawful, legitimate self-awareness, personality analysis, and cultural interpretation purposes
• 不利用本平台生成、传播任何有害、非法或不道德的内容 / You will not use the platform to generate or disseminate harmful, illegal, or unethical content
• 对您通过本服务生成和分享的内容负责 / You are responsible for the content you generate and share through the Service
• 发现他人在本平台的违规行为时，可通过 support 邮箱向我们举报 / You may report violations by others through our support email

4. 违规处理 | Enforcement

我们有权对违反本政策的行为采取以下一项或多项措施： / We reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions for violations of this Policy:

• 删除或屏蔽违规内容 / Remove or block prohibited content
• 发出警告 / Issue a warning
• 暂停或永久终止您的账户 / Suspend or permanently terminate your account
• 在适用法律要求或允许的情况下，向有关执法或监管机构报告 / Report to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by applicable law

严重或屡次违规将导致账户被永久终止，且已购积分或服务不予退还（依据《用户协议》相关条款）。 / Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination, and purchased credits or services will not be refunded (subject to the Terms of Service).
