欢迎使用星典（Star Echo Decoder，以下简称"本产品"或"我们"）。本用户协议（以下简称"本协议"）是您与我们之间就使用本产品各项服务所订立的具有法律效力的协议。本产品面向全球华语用户提供服务，您的数据将通过位于美国及其他国家和地区的云服务基础设施进行处理和存储。请您在使用本产品前仔细阅读本协议全部内容。您勾选"同意"或开始使用本产品任一服务，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议所有条款的约束。

Welcome to Star Echo Decoder ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us governing your use of the Service. Our Service is available to Chinese-speaking users worldwide. Your data will be processed and stored on cloud infrastructure located in the United States and other countries and regions. By checking "I Agree" or accessing or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

如中英文版本存在不一致或冲突，以中文版本为准。英文版本仅供参考。 / In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. The English version is provided for reference only.

1. 服务说明 | Service Description

1.1 星典是一款基于紫微斗数文化传统的 AI 自我认知与内容解读平台。我们通过用户提供的出生信息（出生年月日时、性别、城市）生成命盘，并结合人工智能技术提供文化视角的自我认知解读、性格分析和人生趋势参考。本产品以中文为主要服务语言，面向全球华语用户提供。 Star Echo Decoder is an AI self-awareness and cultural interpretation platform rooted in the Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) tradition. We generate astrological charts using the birth information (date, time, gender, and city) you provide, and deliver AI-powered self-awareness interpretations, personality analyses, and life-trend references. The Service is provided in Chinese and is intended for Chinese-speaking global audiences.

1.2 重要声明 | Important Disclaimer：星典提供的所有内容，包括但不限于命盘排盘结果、AI 生成的文字解读、性格分析、人生趋势参考等，仅供用户参考、娱乐及文化研究之用。这些内容不构成任何形式的医学诊断、心理咨询、法律意见、金融投资建议或任何其他专业领域的决策依据。 All content provided by Star Echo Decoder, including but not limited to astrological charts, AI-generated textual interpretations, personality analyses, and life-trend references, is intended for entertainment, reference, and cultural study purposes only. This content does not constitute medical diagnosis, psychological counseling, legal advice, financial investment recommendations, or professional opinions in any field.

您理解并同意，本产品包含由人工智能（AI）生成的解读内容。AI 生成内容可能存在误差、不准确或与常规认知不符的情况，我们不对 AI 生成内容的准确性、合理性或逻辑性做出任何绝对保证。 You understand and agree that the Service includes content generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies. We make no absolute warranties regarding the accuracy, reasonableness, or logic of AI-generated content.

1.3 用户不应将本产品的任何输出作为实际决策的唯一或主要依据。涉及健康、财务、法律或重大人生决策，请务必咨询具备相关资质的专业人士。 You must not rely on any output from the Service as the sole or primary basis for any real-world decision. For decisions involving health, finance, legal matters, or other significant life events, please consult qualified professionals.

1.4 本产品不对任何因用户依赖本产品输出内容而采取或不采取行动所导致的直接或间接损失承担责任。 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your reliance on any content provided by the Service.

2. 账号注册与安全 | Account Registration & Security

2.1 本产品采用邮箱验证链接方式登录（Supabase Auth），用户通过注册时填写的邮箱地址接收登录链接，无需设置密码。 The Service uses email verification-link authentication (Supabase Auth). You will receive a login link at the email address you provide during registration. No password is required.

2.2 您应对注册邮箱的安全性和可访问性负责。如因邮箱被盗用、邮箱服务异常或未能及时收取登录链接所导致的账号安全风险或个人信息泄露，本产品不承担责任。 You are responsible for maintaining the security and accessibility of your registered email address. We shall not be liable for any account compromise or data breach resulting from email theft, email service failure, or your failure to timely receive login links.

2.3 每个邮箱地址对应一个用户账号。禁止注册多个账号从事不当行为。 One email address corresponds to one user account. You may not create multiple accounts to engage in improper activities.

2.4 用户发现账号异常应立即通过 support@starlore.pro 联系我们。 If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at support@starlore.pro.

2.5 用户连续 12 个月以上未登录，我们保留对该账号进行冻结或注销处理的权利。 We reserve the right to freeze or terminate accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more.

3. 用户行为规范 | User Conduct

3.1 您同意在使用本产品时遵守所有适用的法律法规，包括您所在地的法律法规以及国际法。用户须自行了解并遵守所在国家或地区关于网络信息服务的相关法律规定。 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service, including the laws of your jurisdiction and applicable international laws. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your country or region.

3.2 禁止行为 | Prohibited Conduct：

• 批量、自动化或通过爬虫、脚本等方式大量生成、抓取、复制本产品中的命盘数据和解读内容 / Mass, automated, or script-based scraping or extraction of chart data or interpretations
• 对本产品的服务器、系统、网络或 API 接口进行攻击、扫描、破解或逆向工程 / Attacking, scanning, reverse-engineering, or compromising the Service's systems
• 利用本产品传播违法信息、诽谤性内容、色情内容、暴力煽动内容等 / Disseminating illegal content, defamatory material, or content inciting violence
• 将本产品输出的解读内容以任何形式出售、转授权或用于商业用途（除非已获得书面授权）/ Selling, sublicensing, or using outputs for commercial purposes (unless expressly authorized in writing)
• 使用任何方式绕开本产品的付费机制、使用限制或访问控制 / Circumventing the Service's payment mechanisms or access controls
• 冒充他人身份 / Impersonating any other person
• 利用本产品输出的内容从事或宣扬封建迷信、诈骗活动，或以非法牟利为目的进行传播 / Using the Service's outputs to promote feudal superstition, fraud, or disseminating them for illegal profit

3.3 如发现用户从事上述禁止行为，我们有权立即暂停或终止您的账号，并保留追究法律责任的权利。 Violation of these provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

4. 付费服务与退款 | Paid Services & Refunds

4.1 本产品采用免费+付费的服务模式。所有价格以人民币（CNY）或等值美元（USD）标注，具体以购买页面显示为准。 The Service operates on a freemium model. All prices are displayed in CNY or approximate USD equivalent as indicated on the purchase page.

4.2 付费服务一经购买并成功交付，原则上不支持退款。存在以下情况，用户可在购买后 7 日内申请退款：

• 因系统技术故障导致报告无法正常生成或获取 / System failure preventing report generation or access
• 生成的报告内容与您的输入信息严重不符 / Report materially inconsistent with your input
• 其他经我们合理评估后认为应当退款的情形 / Other circumstances warranting a refund

对于居住在欧洲经济区（EEA）或英国的用户 / For users residing in the EEA or the United Kingdom： 您明确同意并理解，一旦您启动数字内容（如 AI 命盘报告）的生成流程，即视为服务已开始履约。您特此明确同意放弃要求 14 天内无理由退款的撤销权（Right of Withdrawal）。/ You expressly agree and understand that once you initiate the generation process for digital content (such as AI chart reports), the service is deemed to have begun performance. You hereby explicitly waive your right of withdrawal (right to cancel within 14 days without cause).

4.3 退款申请请发送至 support@starlore.pro。 Refund requests should be sent to support@starlore.pro.

4.4 我们保留随时调整服务定价、免费额度及付费项目内容的权利，调整前将通过产品内通知或注册邮箱告知用户。 We reserve the right to adjust pricing, free quotas, and paid service offerings at any time.

5. 服务变更、中断与终止 | Service Changes, Interruptions & Termination

5.1 因以下原因导致的服务中断，我们不承担责任 / We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by：

• 系统维护 | System Maintenance
• 第三方因素 | Third-Party Factors（Supabase、Dify 等第三方服务故障）
• 不可抗力 | Force Majeure（自然灾害、战争、政府行为、网络攻击等）

5.2 我们会不时对本产品进行版本更新。更新后部分旧版本功能可能被调整或移除。 We may update the Service from time to time. Certain features from older versions may be modified or removed.

5.3 在您严重违反本协议、从事非法活动或法律要求的情况下，我们有权终止本协议并注销您的账号。 We may terminate these Terms and deactivate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or when required by law.

6. 知识产权 | Intellectual Property

6.1 星典产品的所有权利、所有权和利益（包括但不限于界面设计、排盘算法、AI 解读提示词、品牌资产等）归属我们或其合法的授权方所有，受适用的国际版权条约以及中国、美国及其他相关司法管辖区的知识产权法律保护。 All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including but not limited to interface design, chart calculation algorithms, AI interpretation prompts, and brand assets) are owned by us or our authorized licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.2 在您遵守本协议的前提下，针对您通过本产品合法生成的个人命盘及 AI 解读报告（以下简称"生成内容"），我们授予您一项非独占、全球性、个人的许可，允许您出于个人非商业目的保存、下载、分享该生成内容。但您不得主张对本产品底层系统、算法模型及提示词（Prompts）拥有任何知识产权。 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, personal license to save, download, and share the astrological charts and AI interpretation reports ("Generated Content") you lawfully create through the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, you may not claim any intellectual property rights in the underlying system, algorithms, models, and prompts of the Service.

6.3 未经我们书面许可，不得以任何形式复制、仿制、反向工程、提取、抓取或发行本产品的任何部分。 Without our prior written consent, no part of the Service may be copied, imitated, reverse-engineered, extracted, scraped, or distributed.

7. 免责声明 | Disclaimers

7.1 本产品以"现状"和"现有"的基础提供服务。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对服务的准确性、完整性、可靠性、适用性或及时性做出任何明示或暗示的保证。 The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind.

7.2 在法律允许的最大范围内，我们及其关联方、员工、合作伙伴不就因依赖本产品内容所做的任何决策或行为所导致的任何损失承担责任。 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your reliance on the Service's output.

7.3 本产品不适用于紧急情况。如您正在经历心理危机或严重的健康问题，请联系当地紧急服务或心理健康热线。 The Service is not intended for emergency situations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services.

7.4 某些司法管辖区（如欧盟成员国）不允许排除某些默示保证或限制某些损害赔偿。在此情况下，我们的责任将限制在法律允许的最大范围内。 Some jurisdictions (e.g., EU member states) do not permit certain disclaimers or limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. 适用法律与争议解决 | Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1 中国大陆用户 | For users in mainland China： 适用中华人民共和国法律。协商不成的，提交运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。 / Governed by PRC law. Disputes submitted to the competent people's court at our place of domicile.

8.2 中国大陆以外用户 | For users outside mainland China： 适用中华人民共和国法律。协商不成的，争议应提交香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC），仲裁地为香港，仲裁语言为中文，仲裁裁决为终局。 / Governed by PRC law. Disputes referred to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of arbitration shall be Chinese. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.

9. 协议修订 | Amendments

重大修订将提前至少 30 日通过产品内通知或注册邮箱告知。若您在修订后继续使用本产品，视为接受修订后的协议。 / Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance.

10. 其他条款 | General Provisions

本协议任一条款被认定为无效，不影响其他条款的效力。本协议构成您与我们之间的完整协议。 / If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
